OBJECTIVE/CHALLENGES
Improve the brand image by making it clear, approachable, and engaging, while also encouraging purchases.
Identify Pain Points of Current Site
The first step of the project to discuss the new logo and design, while also identifying key areas of the site that could improve from better usability. Overall flow and UX structure was analyzed and redesigned, as well as updating key elements below.
1. Brand Identity
Problem: Their old site’s overall look and feel was not providing a welcoming and trusting aesthetic. Site was using darker colors and user flow was unclear.
Solution: Create a new logo, font and color palette that better represent the brand
2. Brand Awareness
Problem: Better education needed about what sets the brand apart in the organic medicine space.
Solution: Add areas to the homepage and throughout the site to showcase key differentiators to set the brand apart.
3. Customer Education
Problem: Need to apply more education and transparency to the ingredients used and what they’re for
Solution: Introduce an Ingredients library where customers can easily browse details of each ingredient
