UI/UX Audits

UI/UX Strategy

Reviews to better understand user behavior and interaction with the current website. The objective of the analysis’ was to gain deeper insight into users’ actions, preferences, and navigation patterns, resulting in being able to identify both successful features and potential pain points.

Audit Information

A typical design audit includes evaluating the overall user experience, including navigation, usability, and accessibility. Using programs such as Clarity and Google Analytics help in analyzing user flow, identifying friction points, and assessing the effectiveness of key pages such as the homepage, category pages, product detail pages, and checkout. Visual design elements, branding consistency, and mobile responsiveness are also reviewed to ensure a cohesive and engaging experience.

Using years of knowledge, as well as analytics programs such as Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics and Shopify, we were able to evaluate areas of our client’s websites that were successful and also identity potential pain points.
